Introduction

We love this and it's SO easy to make and bring to parties. I always cut up carrots or celery to eat with it instead of chips. Sometimes I will slice up a cucumber and use it like a cracker. Ingredients

    2 Chick peas -16oz cans
    5 tbsp Tahini
    3 tbsp Olive oil
    2 Garlic cloves
    1/2 cup Lemon Juice
    .25 tsp Black pepper
    .25 tsp Curry powder
    .25 tsp Coriander
    .25 tsp Cumin seed
    .25 tsp Red pepper or cayenne
    .25 tsp Ground ginger

Directions

Juice your lemon and add everything to your food processor and blend until smooth. Enjoy
