Lamb Curry #2

Ingredients

    I lb boneless leg of lamb, cut into bite pieces
    1 1/4 cup diced celery
    1 cup sliced/chopped red peppers
    1 1/2 cup chopped onion
    14 ounces (2) sweet potatoes, cubed
    4 cups water
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp garam masala
    1 tbsp chopped garlic
    2 serving S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix
    1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained

Directions

Heat up oil in pan. Add lamb, onions and stir fry until onions begin to brown. Add veggies and rest of ingredients. Cover and let simmer for a couple hours until lamb and sweet potatoes are tender. Makes 8 (1 cup) servings
