1-1/2 large tomatoes, finely chopped
1/2 large white onion, finely chopped
2 serrano peppers, deveined & seeded, finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Juice of 1/2 lime
Prepare and combine all ingredients.
Serving size is 1/2 cup.
Serve with baked tortilla chips, or as a topping for salad, any meats or fish
