Ingredients

    1 can (46 oz) V-8
    1 ear of corn
    1 bell pepper (chopped)
    1 onion
    1 cucumber
    2-4 tomatoes
    2 cloves garlic (minced)
    1-2 table spoons olive oil
    1 table spoon vinegar
    A dash of oregano
    1-2 teaspoons lemon juice
    1 can (4 oz) green chili

Directions

chop and mix all ingredients and chill for 8 hours.
