1 whole medium onion, diced
1 can Rotel
2 chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
1 16oz package of spaghetti
Mrs. Dash Seasoning
1 can of cut green beans
Saute chicken and onion in non-stick pan (cooking spray)
Season chicken and onion to taste with Mrs. Dash
Cook chicken until cooked through.
Boil spaghetti until desired tenderness.
Strain spaghetti. Return to pot and add cooked chicken and onions, can of Rotel, green beans, and full jar of Tostitos Monterey Jack Queso.
Add small amount of water to thin sauce if desired.
