    Cooked Beef, t-bone steak, 5 oz, diced
    Potato, raw, 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.), chopped
    Carrots, raw, 6 small (5-1/2" long), chopped
    1 medium Raw White Onion, chopped
    Canned Diced Tomatoes in juice, 2.5 cup
    Chili powder, 1 tsp
    1 Bay Leaf
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 4 tsp
    Peas, frozen, 1.5 cup
    Green Beans (snap), 2 cup
    Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced
