1/2 Cup Steal Cut Oatmeal Cooked
1/4 Cup chopped Apples
1 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
1 Tablespoons of Walnuts chopped
1/2 Tablespoon of Mini Chol Chips
Splenda or Steavia to taste
I add the rest of the stuff and mix well. I add about 2 packages of splenda at the end. That is up to you and how sweet you like it. I eat it with a protien mix in water and I am good to go. Enjoy
