Introduction

Nothing beats homemade, but when you're in a hurry or low on ingredients required to make the "real thing", this is so easy to put together and toss in the oven. Because it involves using canned soup, this is obviously not for people who are strict about their sodium intake. Nothing beats homemade, but when you're in a hurry or low on ingredients required to make the "real thing", this is so easy to put together and toss in the oven. Because it involves using canned soup, this is obviously not for people who are strict about their sodium intake.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 can (2 cups) Progresso Rich and Hearty Chicken Pot Pie Style soup
    1/3 cup Bisquick Heart Smart Mix
    3 TBSP Fat Free Skim Milk
    1 TBSP Egg Beaters
    1/4 tsp dried Rosemary spice
    1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
    1/4 tsp dried Thyme spice

Directions

Preheat oven to 400d
Pour soup into a small baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray
In a small bowl, combine Bisquick mix, milk, Egg Beaters to form a batter.
Gently add in seasonings and stir to combine
Pour batter over soup in dish.
Bake at 400 for 30-35 minutes or until crust on top is browned (check at 30 minutes and add time as necessary. My oven usually takes about 35-36 minutes)
