1 Lb pork tenderloin (sliced)
.5 cup white wine
1 garilc clove (sliced)
1 Tbsp italian herb
1 cardamom pod (bruised)
1 tsp blk pepper (ground)
1 tbsp tarragon
.5 tsp oregano
.25 tsp sea salt or to taste
Mix the wine with the first 4 spices ,add the meat,marinade meat for 2 or more hours in fridge. Remove from marinade and discard marinade.
add oil to frying pan add the salt ,pepper, tarragon and oregano, add meat cook until done.
serve with mashed potato-celery root. for example.
