The Best Cranberry Salad Out There!

Introduction

Name says it all... Name says it all...
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Salad Dressing:
    2 tbsp olive oil
    3 tablespoons cider vinegar
    1 1/2 tbsp orange juice
    2 tbsp basil (fresh or dried but fresh is best)
    pinch of sugar
    pinch of salt
    about 1/4 tsp of ground pepper
    1 garlic clove (or more if you'd like)

    Salad:
    2 C romaine lettuce
    1/4 C slivered almonds
    1/3 C dried cranberries
    1 oz of goat cheese

Directions

Mix up salad dressing first

Pour over salad

Great with chicken as a meal

Enjoy!
