Ingredients

    1/4 Green bell pepper
    1/4 Red bell pepper
    1/4 Orange bell pepper
    1/4 Yellow bell pepper
    1/2 medium or large onion

Directions

Place chunks of all ingredients into a food processor and pulse 3-4 times until finely chopped. Can be eaten raw or sauted. Freezes well.
