Shell's Baked Chicken Salad.

Introduction

My vision of the Wendy's Salad Version Grilled, done in the Oven instead. This way it can be used in Wraps, Sandwiches, or as a Dip without the Cracker Topping! Ingredients

    1 C. Chopped Celery

    1 C. Chopped Apple

    1 Can, Drained Mushroom Stems & Pieces.

    1 1/2 Tbsp., Dehydrated Onion

    2 Tbsp., Pimentos

    1/2 tsp., Ms Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning

    1/4 tsp., Ground Red Pepper

    3 Tbsp., Lemon Juice

    1/4 C., Slivered Almonds

    1/2 C., Sharp Cheddar Cheese

    1/2 C., Keebler Almond Crackers or Buttered Croutons.

    1 1/2 C., Mayonnaise

    *Suggest cutting the Mayonnaise back to 1 Cup.

Directions

Combine all ingredients except the Cheese and Crackers in a Large Mixing Bowl, stir to combine the ingredients well!

Pour into a Sprayed or Oiled baking dish and add the Cheese/Crackers as a Topping Sprinkled across the top and place the dish into a Preheated 450 degree oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until Bubbly and Cheese has melted. Enjoy!
