Lots of ingredients, but worth the effort. Tangy, delicious and guilt free. Great with any fish. I have made with and without capers - it is great either way. Ingredients

    1/4 c. reduced-fat mayonnaise
    1/4 c. plain fat-free yogurt (Greek is best)
    1 Tbsp. thinly sliced fresh chives
    1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp grated lemon rind
    1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
    2 Tbsp chopped cornichons (about 4 pickles)
    1 Tbsp capers, coarsely chopped
    1 tsp Dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
    1/8 tsp sugar

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl; cover and chill until ready to serve.
