Energy Protein Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients

    2 tbsp peanut butter
    8oz of low fat yogurt
    2 tbsp Raw Wheat Germ
    1 tbsp honey
    1 frozen banana
    6-8 oz soy or low fat milk

Directions

In blender pour 6-8 oz of milk (soy if preferred)
sprinkle 2 tbsp of wheat germ
2 tbsp peanut butter
8 oz low fat yogurt
1 frozen banana or half banana if preferred
1 tbsp honey

Blend ingredients until banana and peanut butter is fully blended. The frozen banana will give you the coldness for the smoothie. if you prefer extra thicknes, use less milk. 6-8 oz of milk will yield 1-2 -8oz servings each.
