Introduction

Adapted from a vita-mix recipe. No sugar and dry mustard used instead of dijon.

Ingredients

    5 tbsp red wine vinegar
    1/4 cup water
    1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp ground black pepper
    1/4 tsp dry mustard
    1 garlic clove peeled
    1/8 tsp dried basil
    1/8 tsp dried thyme
    1/8 tsp dried oregano

Directions

Place ingredients into blender in order listed. Blend for 15-20 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.


2 Tbsp is a serving.
