Ingredients

    1 cup fresh parsley chopped in food processor
    1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
    4 cloves garlic (I use 4 heaping tsp)
    1 tsp oregano
    2/3 cup granulated Stevia substituted for sugar
    1 cup Canola oil
    1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Use food processor to chop the parsley and the onion.
Combine all ingredients in the food processor and process until well mixed. This recipe makes 2.5 cups or 700 ML. Makes 47 1-TBSP servings.
