Introduction

Ingredients

    2 large eggs
    2 egg whites
    1 oz lowfat cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup veggies

Directions

Mix eggs and egg whites together. Spray nonstick pan with cooking spray. Pour eggs into hot pan. Scramble in veggies. When eggs are almost cooked, top with cheese, add a teaspoon or so of water and cover with lid. Let cheese melt, then enjoy!
