1 whole wheat flour tortilla (which ever one you choose, it should be 100-150 calories)
1 egg
2 egg whites
1 oz shredded cheedar cheese
2 tbsp salsa
Directions
Make scrambled eggs, melt cheese on top.
Place in tortilla shell and top with salsa.
Roll up tortilla and enjoy!
