    1 Thomas Lite Multigrain English Muffin
    1 tbsp nut butter (like peanut or almond)
    1 Medium Banana

Directions

Toast english muffin. Spread nut butter evenly between the two halves. Slice banana in half and place between the two english muffin halves. Or eat the banana on the side.
