Smoothie and Toast

Introduction

Use any combination of frozen fruit. (Tip: if you have fruit that is getting to the point where it will go bad before you can eat it, slice it and freeze it for smoothies!) Ingredients

    1 6-oz container lowfat vanilla yogurt (around 80-110 calories)
    3/4 cup frozen fruit
    1/4 cup unsweatened apple juice

    1 slice whole wheat bread, toasted
    1 tsp butter

Directions

Toast whole wheat bread, spread with butter.

In blender, combine yogurt, fruit and apple juice. (Or whatever juice you like, I think apple gives the best flavor.)
