Introduction

Hearty breakfast wrap, with added fiber from a multigrain tortilla and veggies. Hearty breakfast wrap, with added fiber from a multigrain tortilla and veggies.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Mission Multigrain tortilla, fajita size
    1 large egg
    1 slice Land o' Frost Canadian bacon
    2 T. onion, diced finely
    2 T. Red bell pepper, diced finely
    1 T. cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

Saute onion and peppers in a Pam-sprayed pan. Season as desired. Add ham and heat through, then pour beaten egg over all. Season again, if desired, and scramble the eggs.
Warm tortilla 10 seconds in microwave. Add egg mixture to tortilla, top with cheese, and roll up.
Enjoy!
