3/4 c sugar
1 T peppermint extract
Directions
Combine water and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until thickened. Cover with a lid and let cool.
Stir in 1 T peppermint extract.
