Meat - Crock Pot Sloppy Joes

Ingredients

1 lb Ground Beef (extra lean - 93% lean)
1/2 Cup Onion, chopped
1 Cup Green Pepper, chopped
1/3 Cup Celery, diced
1-2 Cloves Garlic, minced fine
1/3 Cup Tomato Sauce
1/8 Cup Ketchup
1/8 Cup Water
4 tsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Chili Powder
4 tsp Mustard
4 tsp Vinegar
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Directions
1. Brown ground beef, Drain
2. Cook onions, garlic, green pepper and celery in a small amount of water until onion is transparent.
3. Mix remaining ingredients together.
4. Add vegetables and meat and mix well.
5. Put mixture into Crock Pot (slow cooker)
Cook on LOW heat setting - 6-8 hours
OR Cook on HIGH heat setting - 3-4 hours
Yield: 2.5 Cups
