Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground sausage
1 c. chopped onion
2 lg. potatoes, chopped
1/2 c. frozen peas
2 deep-dish frozen pie shells
jar of pork gravy
Directions
Set one pie shell out to thaw. Brown sausage along with onions and potatoes. Add peas and cook until thawed. Add half of the jar of gravy (approx. 1/2 c). Dump into still-frozen pie shell. Top with thawed pie shell. Cut several vents on top. Bake in 350 degree oven until well-browned, approx. 40 minutes. Serve with leftover gravy if so desired.
