Sheppard's Pie w/Biscuit Topping

Introduction

Traditional sheppard's pie but with bisquick biscuit topping instead of mashed potatoes Traditional sheppard's pie but with bisquick biscuit topping instead of mashed potatoes
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Bisquick, 2 cups
    Heavy Whipping Cream, 1 cup
    Ground beef, extra lean, 1 lb
    Lipton Onion Soup Mix
    Corn, 1 cup
    Kidney beans, 1 cup

Directions

brown beef in skillet then add 1 cup water and the lipton onion soup mix;
simmer for ~5 minutes before adding beans and corn;
simmer for another ~5 minutes until beans/corn are heated;
mix bisquick and cream in a bowl;
transfer beef mixture to casserole dish and cover with bisquick mixture;
cook on 450 F for ~10 minutes or until biscuit topping is golden brown.
