Macaroni and Cheese

Number of Servings: 1


    1 and 1/2 pound of elbow Macaroni
    1 stick of butter
    1/4 cup of flour
    2 cups of milk
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    Dash black or white pepper
    1 pound of shredded cheedar cheese
    1/4 pound of American or velveeta cheese


Cook Macaroni as per instructions.
In sauce pan add milk, flour, salt, pepper, and begin heating over med heat. slowly adding cheeses till nice and creamy. pour over drained macaroni and blend well. bake for 350 for 20 min or till golden brown on top.. i cover it with foil so that it wont dry out.
