Introduction

We are adding this recipe so all of our family members can add this to their food lists. Good recipe! A little high in salt but we cut it down with water and double the meat. Ingredients

    Ortega Fajita Mix
    32 oz Boneless/Skiness Chicken Breast
    1 onion sliced
    1 red, orange or yellow pepper sliced

Directions

Follow directions on package - brown meat until now longer pink. Remove. We do not use oil, instead we use a spray like Pam to cut the calories. add in the veggies and then add in the mix and 1/3 cup water

Makes 8-4 oz servings of meat with veggies
add in tortillas or flat-outs
