Linda's Tater Tot Casserole

Introduction

This recipe is a makeover of my mom's recipe. I love her dearly - but can do without the extra fat, carbs and calories. This recipe still has the same great taste and all those memories of eating it as a kid - but much healthier. This recipe is a makeover of my mom's recipe. Ingredients

    2 pounds turkey
    1 cup onion, chopped
    1 cup celery, chopped
    16 oz. mixed vegetables
    1 cups of water
    1 can cream of chicken soup, reduced fat
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, reduced fat
    1 pound bag frozen tater tots

Directions

In skillet, brown turkey, onion and celery; drain. In large bowl, combine turkey, vegetables, water and soups. Pour into nonstick casserole dish. Top with reserved tots. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
