Carly's lean chili

Ingredients

    1 lb of 96 % lean beef
    1 can of kidney beans
    1 can of tomato sauce
    1 tsp olive oil
    .5 cup chopped sweet onion
    salt, pepper, red pepper, and chili powder to taste

Directions

saute' onion in olive oil, add meat, brown meat. Once meat is browned, add it to the slow cooker. Add beans, tomato sauce and seasonings to the slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours. Stir every 4 hours. Serve with cheese and sour cream toppings if you would like. YUMMY!
