Ingredients

    1.5 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breast tenders
    1 cup rice
    4 cups chicken broth 33% less sodium
    1 can Campbell's Cream Of Broccoli Soup
    1c water
    1 t garlic powder
    1 T dried onions

Directions

pour rice, water, soup, spices and chicken broth in casserole dish, mix well, lay chicken on top, bake for 45 minutes at 400 degrees and let sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
