Introduction

Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    3 oz tomato paste
    3 cans diced tomato (15 oz cans)
    1.5 lbs ground beef
    2 cans of Eden Black Soy Beans (15 oz cans)
    1 c chopped onion
    1 C Chipotle salsa, Trader Joe
    1/4 C black bean & corn salsa, Trader Joe
    1 C roasted corn, Trader Joe
    4 T Jack Daniel's BBQ sauce
    1 T liquid smoke
    1 T oregano
    1 t ground cumin
    1 T tarragon
    1 T basil
    2 T trader joe chili powder

Directions

1-Cook grnd beef in 1 cup water, drain fat & water off.
2-Brown meat & onion.
3-add rest of the ingredients, except for spices and herbs
4- Simmer for 1 hour, then add spices and herbs
5- Simmer an additional 15 minutes
Makes 20 1 cup servings.
