*Ground Beef 93% Lean, 12 oz
Beans, red kidney, 2 cup
Beans, Bush's Baked Beans, 1.5 cup
Onions, raw, 1 small
Garlic, 3 cloves
Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 1.5 cup
Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed
*Flour, white, .25 cup
Chili powder, 1.5 tbsp
Club House LaGrille Sweet Chili and Peppers Seasoning, 2 tsp
Chipotle sauce (or your favorite hot sauce)
Chop onion and garlic, then combine all ingredients, except the flour in a pot - use a slow cooker on high if you've got one.
Let this sucker simmer for about 3.5 - 4 hours. Then mix the flour with some water and pour it in to thicken. Add salt/pepper, hot sauce, etc. to taste.
Serve or store!
