Chicken Stroganoff (slow cooker)

Ingredients

    1 lb raw chicken breasts
    1 can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom condensed soup
    1 can Healthy Request Cream of Chicken condensed soup
    1/2 c 1% milk
    1 T garlic powder
    1 T onion powder
    1 T Splenda
    2 T dried oregano
    1 tsp black pepper
    1/4 tsp dried thyme
    1 tsp dried basil
    1 T dried parsley
    1/4 tsp celery seed
    pinch of red pepper
    1/2 c light sour cream
    8 T Spinach & Artichoke cream cheese
    16 oz No Yolk egg noodles

Directions

Combine cream soups and milk in a crockpot and stir until combined. Add all the spices and mix thoroughly. Add chicken (frozen breasts are okay) and cook for about 6 hours on low.

Shred the chicken and add sour cream and cream cheese. Cover and continue to cook for another 45 minutes.

Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook egg noodles according to package directions.

Serve chicken mixture over egg noodles.
