Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients

    100 grams uncooked deveined shrimp, cut into 3 pieces each
    1 whole tomato cut into 1 inch pieces
    2 cloves fresh garlic or 2 T. minced garlid from jar
    2 T onion powder
    1tsp onion salt
    1 tsp sea salt
    1/2 tsp ground pepper
    1/4 tsp paprika
    1/4 tsp turmeric
    1 T chicken broth

Directions

Place dry ingredients into Ziploc bag to mix. Add cut spring and tass to coat. Heat broth in skillet until bubly. Add tomatoes adn saute until soft. Add shrimp adn cook stirring until no longer pink. Serve immediately.
