Yummy substitution for mashed potatoes Yummy substitution for mashed potatoes
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 medium head cauliflower
    6 tbsp fat free half & half
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp white pepper

Directions

Cut cauliflower into chunks, approx 2 in. Steam till soft, 10-15 minutes. Place in food processor or blender, add ff half & half, salt and pepper. Blend till smooth. Makes 6 1/2 -cup servings.
