Crosck Pot Lasagna

Ingredients

    • 1 pound lean ground beef
    1 pound jenni o breakfast sausage
    • 2 jars Classico® Tomato and Basil Sauce
    • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

1. Spray interior of slow cooker with non-stick vegetable spray.
2. In medium skillet over medium heat, crumble and cook sausage and hamburger until brown. Place in slow cooker. Add noodles, 2 cups mozzarella, pasta sauce and parsley. Stir gently to combine.
3. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours. 5 minutes before serving, top with remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese and Parmesan. Cover to melt cheese.
