Better-than-grilled Cheese

Ingredients

    2/3 cup water
    1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes
    2 Tbl whole-grain flour
    2 Tbl fresh lemon juice
    2 Tbl no fat hummus
    1 1/2 Tbl tomato saude
    2 teaspoons cornstarch
    1 teaspoon onion powder
    1/4 teaspoon or more garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
    1/4 teaspoon dry mustard or 1 teaspoon regular mustard
    8 slices whole-grain bread
    2 large tomatoes
    1 Cup grated carrots
    8 Tbl chopped cilantro

Directions

mix everything except bread, tomatoes, cilantro, and carrots. until smooth bring to a boil cook and stir until very thick. Assemble 4 sandwiches with sliced tomato chopped cilantro and matchstick carrots. Grill sandwiches carefully they squish easily.
