Marcia's Cheesy Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients

    8 oz Whole Wheat Spaghetti (bionaturae)
    4 oz cream cheese
    1 C sour cream, reduced fat, softened
    1/4 C parmesan cheese (Kraft)
    1 lb grass-fed ground beef
    24 oz jar spaghetti sauce (Newman's Own mushroom & marinara)
    1 C shredded cheddar cheese (Kraft 2%)


Directions

Cook spaghetti according to package directions to al dente, drain, do not rinse. While water is coming to a boil, in a small bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and parmesan cheese until smooth. Brown ground beef, ad spaghetti sauce and simmer for approx 15 minutes or until spaghetti is ready. Spray a casserole dish with non-stick spray. Layer spaghetti in bottom. Top with meat & sauce mixture. Dollop cream cheese mixture and carefully spread to cover. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for approx 30 minutes, or until cheese is hot and bubbling.
