Ingredients

1 pkg frozen turkey breakfast sausage, thawed in fridge
1/2 med. onion thinly sliced
1 tblsp. minced garlic
1 c. chopped cabbage
1.5 Tblsp ex. light olive oil
1/2 13.25 oz. pk. thin whole wheat spaghetti, cooked and drained
2 Tblsp tamari (soy sauce)
1 pkg, 1 oz. bean sprouts
Directions
Approx. 3 - two cup servings.
Brown turkey sausage in large kettle, over med. high heat. Remove any accumulated fat. Add garlic and olive oil when almost done, then Add onions and cabbage together and cook until nearly translucent. Add cooked and drained pasta, toss and cook together about 4 min. Add Tamari and mix well. When heated well add the sprouts. Toss lightly until heated through. We like it with chili paste added.
