Ingredients

    Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa 1/2 C
    Raisins, .25 cup, packed
    milk, coconut milk unsweetened, 1 C
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    2 packets stevia or splenda

Directions

Bring coconut milk, raisins, cinnamon & sweetener to a boil. Add quinoa & bring to a boil. Turn heat down to medium & cook for 12 minutes. Remove from heat & let rest for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
