3 avocados 3 tomatoes 1/2 red onion 1/3 c cilantro 1/2 tsp cumin 1 lb sm salad shrimp cooked deveined 2 lb med shrimp cooked deveined 1 lb krab 4 c Clamato juice 4 c Sunny Delight 1/4 tsp salt 2 Tbs El Tapatio hot sauce 1/4 c fresh lime juice 1 clove diced garlic
Chop avocadoes, tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro, dice garlic and put in large bowl. Add salt, hot sauce, cumin, cooked and deveined shrimp, krab, lime juice, Clamato and Sunny Delight. (May need to adjust Clamato and Sunny Delight to taste does not taste the same with regular orange juice) Stir gently to combine. Serve cold.
