Easy Taco Mac

Introduction

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    Velveeta Cheese Spread, 12 oz
    *Barilla Elbow Macaroni, 16 oz
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Butter, salted, 4 tbsp
    Milk, nonfat, 2 cup
    Ground Turkey, 2.5 unit, yield from 1 lb raw
    *McCormick Original Taco Mix Packet, 4 tsp
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded

Directions

Brown ground turkey and add Mccormick's seasonings according to seasonings instructions. Boil noodles. Melt cheeses in milk and butter. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
layer macaroni noodles, poor over a portion of the cheese then add a layer of taco meat, then add another layer of macaroni, then cheese sauce then another layer of taco meat. On top you can put some diced tomatoes and onion and pur the remaining cheese sauce. Then beat the raw eggs and pour over the casserole...pop it in the oven and let it bake for about 45 minutes or until it is bubbly hot and the eggs have set.
