Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    6oz wholewheat pasta
    .5 onion (chopped)
    1 clove garlic (crushed)
    lemonjuice from 1 lemon
    1 jalopeno pepper (seeded and chopped)
    .5 tsp redpepper flakes
    2 tsp sun-dried tomato
    4 oz fresh mozzarella(diced)
    1 lg. tomato (choppec)

Directions

Serves 4 as is
serves 6- 8 if you add beef or chicken
cook pasta as you normally do.
in frying pan heat the oil, add chopped onion and sautee
for 10 min intil soft, add garlic,jalopeno and red pepper flakes and lemon juice cook for about 10 more nin. Add water if needed.salt and pepper to taste. set aside.
Dice tomato and fresh mozzarella, drain pasta add the onion mix to pasta and toss ,add the mozzarella and tomato
toss and serve.
