chicken saute' with broccoli and cauliflower

Ingredients

    16 oz chicken breast,sliced
    1cup herb ox no salt chicken broth
    5 oz broccoli florettes
    5 oz cauliflower florettes
    8 oz mushrooms whole or quartered
    1 bell or other green pepper sliced
    .5 tsp freshly ground pepper
    1 tsp tarragon
    1 tsp paprika
    1 tsp cajun spice more if you need some heat.

Directions

serves 6
Heat oil in frying pan saute chicken in the spices,until no longer pinkish.Add .5 cup chicken broth, (more if you like up to 1 cup), mushrooms, broccoli ,cauliflower and pepper saute untill veggies are done. Serve with rice or pasta.
