Ingredients

    2 lbs beef
    2 cups carrots
    1 cup onion chopped
    2 cups celery
    1/2 cup flour
    dash of pepper
    1/4 Olive oil
    Stew meat seasonings as you prefer.

Directions

Makes 8 1-cup servings.

Brown 2 lbs flour /peppered coated beef until browned.

Put in crock pot.
Add three cups of water.
Add 2 cups chopped carrots, onion, celery,

Serve with brown rice

or mashed potatoes.
