Introduction

    6 T Butter
    1/2 C Chopped Green Bell Pepper
    1/2 C Chopped Red Bell Pepper
    1/2 C Chopped Celery
    1 Chopped Medium Onion
    1 C Sliced Fresh Mushroom
    1 Whole Chicken
    12 Oz. Spaghetti

Directions

Boil Chicken in water using whatever seasonings you like. This takes about 45 minutes. When cooked, remove skin and bones and place the chicken aside for use later.

Cook the peppers, celery, onion and mushrooms in the butter until tender. Add 2 C of the chicken broth and the meat from the chicken to the vegetables.

Cook the spaghetti in the leftover chicken broth, adding water if needed. When done, drain and mix all together adding salt and pepper. Makes approximately 8, 1 1/2 cup servings.
