Dirty Rice

Introduction

Nice hardy side to any dish. Vegetarian dish. Nice hardy side to any dish. Vegetarian dish.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Any rice of your choice (info based on white rice)
    1 can plain baked beans or pinto beans.
    1 cups corn kernels
    1 tsp Ginger shredded
    2 tbsp chopped chives
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 to 4 tbsp soy sauce for extra flavor. (optional)


Directions

Cook rice according to directions.
Shred ginger and boil with rice and salt and pepper to taste.
When cooked add corn and chives heat for 5 minutes, toss in beans and soy sauce just before serving.
