High Protein Pancakes

Introduction

Great with or without syrup -- or heated slightly and then spread 1 tbsp peanut butter. A delicious and good for you breakfast or snack! Great with or without syrup -- or heated slightly and then spread 1 tbsp peanut butter. A delicious and good for you breakfast or snack!
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    Cottage Cheese - 1%
    Oatmeal - regular
    Almonds, slivered
    Eggs, whole
    Pumpkin, canned
    Flour, whole wheat
    flax seed
    Cinnamon & nutmeg to taste
    1 tbsp molasses

Directions

Mix all ingredients together until mixed well. Then portion out into 20 equal servings. Flatten and cook using non-stick spray until golden. Can freeze with wax paper between and then pull out as needed.

Makes 20 pancakes about 3-1/2" diameter
