Ingredients


    Ingredients:
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Butter, salted, 4 tbsp
    White Bread, 25 slice
    Chicken Broth, 14 fl oz
    Sage, ground, 1 tbsp
    Water, tap, 7 fl oz

Directions

Chop onions and celery. Melt butter in pan on stove and add onions and celery. Cook until tender. Cut bread into cubes in large bowl. Pour cooked onions and celery into bowl with bread. Pour can of chicken broth over bread, add water. Mix well. Add 1 tbs sage and mix in well. Place stuffing into baking dish. Bake in oven on 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
Makes - 12 1/2 cup servings
