24 wonton wrappers (3-1/2" square)
24 tbsp *Morningstar Farms Sausage Crumble
24 tbsp *Ragu Light - Tomato & Basil
24 tbsp Best Choice Fat Free Cottage Cheese
1 oz shredded mozzarella cheese (part-skim)
Preheat oven to 350
Layer one wonton wrapper in cup. Top with one tablespoon of cottage cheese, one tablespoon of crumbles, one tablespoon of spaghetti sauce and a pinch of mozzarella cheese. Place another wonton wrapper on top of mozzarella and layer with ingredients in order as they appear above.
Bake 10 minutees until wonton wrappers are golden brown.
Makes 12 mini-lasagna servings.
